In charismatic Christian theology and specific West African, Caribbean, and Asian spiritual traditions, the power of marine witchcraft refers to a form of demonic oppression orchestrated by “marine spirits” (such as Biblical entities like Leviathan) that supposedly operate from rivers, lakes, and oceans. Adherents believe these forces possess vast spiritual surveillance networks, maintain underwater “prisons,” and use spiritual chains to lock away a person’s potential.
According to deliverance ministries and spiritual warfare teachings, marine witchcraft is believed to negatively affect people’s lives across several key areas:

Petition:
Heavenly Father, I stand in Your royal courtroom because of the blood and finished work of Jesus on the cross. I have come to receive Your righteous judgment over my life.
Heavenly Father, I ask that the Courts of Heaven be seated according:
Daniel 7:9-10 (KJV) which states:
‘⁹ I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of Days did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool: his throne was like the fiery flame, and his wheels as burning fire.
ⁱ⁰ A fiery stream issued and came forth from before him: a thousand, thousands ministered unto him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him: the judgment was set, and the books were opened.’ I ask this in the mighty name of Jesus.
Heavenly Father I call upon Your heavenly angels to be witnesses to this legal and righteous transaction.
I also declare and decree, in the name of Jesus, that all the demonic entities, institutions and human agents who will be impacted directly by this divine restraining order, that I am requesting, be duly notified by your holy angels who service the Courts of Heaven.
Heavenly Father, I also declare and decree, in the name of Jesus, that every demonic entity, earthly institution and human agent impacted, will respect, honour and abide by Your righteous judgment.
Heavenly Father, I thank you for giving me the privilege to stand before You and address the Courts of Heaven. Thank you, Lord for the gift of revelation.
Lord, I repent for any and everything that would stop my destiny from becoming a reality. Heavenly Father, even as I stand before You in Your royal courtroom, I present myself as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable before You in accordance with
Romans 12:1 (KJV) which state
‘I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, and acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.’
Lord, I ask that any place in me that is displeasing to You, that is unrighteous before You, be unveiled so that I can wholeheartedly repent of it. O God, I activate the voice that is in the Blood of Jesus to speak on my behalf.
Lord, I repent before You for any place of sin concerning wrong motives, wrong association, or any place where I have not guarded my heart. Lord Jesus, I am deeply sorry for my sin; Cleanse me by Your blood so that satan ‘the accuser of the brethren’ has no legal footing to resist any divine restraining order that I require from the Court.
Heavenly Father, Your Word say that Jesus is my faithful Advocate before the Righteous Judge in the Courts of Heaven. Lord Jesus Christ, I ask You to come as my Advocate to help me plead my case before the Righteous Judge for a divine restraining order against the power of marine witchcraft. Heavenly Father, I present before the Court the following scripture as evidence against the power of marine witchcraft in my life.
It is written:
Psalm 8:4-8 (KJV) which state
⁴ ‘What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him? ⁵For, thou hast made him a little lower than the You, yourself, and hast crowned him with glory and honour. ⁶ Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet: ⁷ All sheep and oxen, yea, and the beasts of the field; ⁸ the fowl of the air, and the fish of the sea, and whatsoever passeth through the paths of the seas.’
Isaiah 27:1, 12 (KJV) which state
ⁱ In that day the Lord with his sore and great and strong sword shall punish leviathan the piercing serpent, even leviathan that crooked serpent; and he shall slay the dragon that is in the sea… 12 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall beat off from the channel of the river unto the stream of Egypt, and ye shall be gathered one by one, O ye children of Israel.
Ezekiel 29:1-3 (KJV) which state
‘In the tenth year, in the tenth month, on the twelfth day of the month, the word of the Lord came unto me, saying, 2 Son of man, set thy face against Pharaoh king of Egypt, and prophesy against him, and against all Egypt: 3 Speak, and say, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I am against thee, Pharaoh king of Egypt, the great dragon that lieth in the midst of his rivers, which hath said, My river is mine own, and I have made it for myself.’
and
Nahum 3:1-3 (KJV) which state
‘Woe to the bloody city! it is all full of lies and robbery; the prey departeth not; 2 The noise of a whip, and the noise of the rattling of the wheels, and of the prancing horses, and of the jumping chariots. 3 The horseman lifteth up both the bright sword and the glittering spear: and there is a multitude of slain, and a great number of carcasses; and there is no end of their corpses; they stumble upon their corpses:’
Heavenly Father, based on the aforementioned scriptures, it is very clear that marine witchcraft would do great injury to my life, my destiny and inflict irreparable damage to the plans and purpose of God for my life and the life of my generations. Heavenly Father, I repent for my sin, my personal transgressions and for the iniquities of my bloodline that have opened a door for the power of marine witchcraft to enter into my life, and the life of my wife, my seed and my generations.
Lord, I pray that every sin of my forefathers that the enemy is using as a legal right to build cases against me, to deny my destiny, I ask that the blood of Jesus now wash them away, in the mighty name of Jesus.
It is written in Proverbs 26:2 (KJV)
‘As the bird by wandering, as the swallow by flying, so the curse causeless shall not come.’
I ask that every legal right that the power of marine witchcraft is holding against me, be revoked in the mighty and glorious name of Jesus. Let the chains of the enemy be removed from my life.
Heavenly Father, I also repent for all the covenants with demons that have existed in my ancestral bloodline going all the way back to Adam on both sides of my bloodline. I am asking that every covenant with demonic powers, including those made by me, to now be revoked and that their claim against me and my bloodline now be dismissed before Your Court, in the name of Jesus.
Thank you, Lord, for revoking these demonic covenants and altars in the mighty and precious name of Jesus. Heavenly Father,
I give back anything and everything that the devil would say came from the marine kingdom. I only want that which the blood of Jesus has secured for me. So, I give back anything that the demons and demonic altars would claim that they have given me, in the name of Jesus.
Heavenly Father, I now ask that a divine restraining order and permanent injunction against the power of marine witchcraft be issued on my behalf from Your Supreme Court.
Heavenly Father, I declare and decree that any and all forms of marine witchcraft plans that the devil has fashioned or is fashioning against my life (and the lives of my generations) are now cancelled and the effects reversed in the mighty and precious name of Jesus.
Heavenly Father, I receive this divine restraining order by faith, in the mighty and precious name of Jesus. I declare and decree that You shall fulfill ‘all the days of my life’ that which you wrote about me in my book of destiny long before you created me.
In the mighty and precious name of Jesus I pray.
